The Rotc Scholarship Application applicant must be a 2011 graduate of a public high school in Maryland or graduated after April 2010.The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.7.Must demonstrate financial need, but do not have to be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant.Full-time enrollment in a degree or certificate program is preferred but not required.Up to three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded in honor of Barbara.
Purpose Details:
The purpose of this Rotc Scholarship Application is to acknowledge and reward students who will be attending any one of Maryland’s 16 public community colleges (for a complete list go to http://www.mdacc.org) for the first time and who have demonstrated leadership in community service.
